Hello everyone!! My name is Bacon, I've been told people LOVE Bacon and I've got lots of love to give. I came all the way up from Texas where I was in a shelter. My fosters have had me a couple of days, so they are still getting to know me. I am an older dog. I'm a big ham and I like to mostly chill, but I do have some energy in me for walks and hiking. I am welcomed on the couch at my fosters and love to sit by them. I also will go relax in my kennel. Speaking of kennel, I need a little coaxing to go in there, but once I'm in there I do just fine. I love my blankie, I will even pull it out of the kennel to lay on it. I do fine with the mellow dog here, but I think with slow intros I would do good with just about any dog. It is unknown about cats. I have a sizzling personality and will come sit by you just to get scratches and rubs. When outside I may pull on the leash to smell everything, and mark everthing!!! I need some time outside for potty.
