Hello whippersnappers - my name is Eeyore. Let me tell you a story. It's a story of my life. I can't remember the beginning, maybe because of old age, but I remember the last three years. I was living outdoors by myself and a nice lady was feeding me this whole time, and she kept trying to get closer and closer to me. After three years, I realized she was really nice and I let her take me. I am now indoors, and I'm loving it! Because I have some things in common with this famous donkey named Eeyore, I was named after him. For instance, my tail, it seems to be missing. "It's not much of a tail, but I'm kind of attached to it." It's more of a nub now, but I still wag it when I eat.
I have had numerous ear infections, so my ears look a little different. They work fine though, because I come RUNNING when my fostermom comes down to feed me. I meow and head butt her so hard. I may look melancholy and sad like Eeyore, but I am quite a happy guy. I love lap time and never get tired of cuddles. And foooood, I looove food. Give me all the yummy things. I'm not picky at all. I'm used to eating whatever I could find. I'm also really good at using my litter box. I'm the total package. Handsome, smart, and I look great on furniture!
Now for the bummer news... I have FIV. Something donkeys cannot get but cats can :(. Because I lived outdoors for most, if not all of the 10 years of my life, I had to defend myself, and it seems a cat with FIV bit me at some point. Because of this, I should only go to a home with another FIV+ cat or be the only cat. Message my mom, she will tell you anything I left out.
