Buddy is a sweet little boy pup who lived on the street with his sisters. If you look at Buddy's photos, you can see the original photo of them when they were picked up. Heartbreaking! Buddy is a survivor and was the leader that protected his family.   When he came to live with his foster parents, he was afraid of people and even going outside.  He didn’t know what toys were, puppy treats, or even how to get on a sofa bed.  Within a week, he was snuggling with his foster mom, was playing with toys and his sisters, was sleeping well, and enjoying playing outside.  He learned how to go into his crate to eat and was getting much better with his love of food and not wanting to share, now that he was not going hungry all of the time.  Buddy is super smart, wants to please, and would love to have a mommy and/or daddy to love and care for him.  Buddy's foster mom already adores his sweet little spirit.

Buddy is working hard on potty training and does really well on a schedule. He is working on how to let his foster know when he has to go.  He has gotten much better with food issues, but should be fed separately from other pups. He is learning to take treats with the other pups and eat small bits of food with his sisters.  Slow intros to other dogs would be good as he is a little bossy right off the bat, but then settles in and is great with everyone.  He made huge strides in less than a week now that he is not having to be alpha and fend for himself and his sisters.

An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal.
